How delivery works
When email delivery is enabled, selecting Send request transmits your information to the website server and the transactional email provider Resend for delivery to the clinic's receiving email address. Your request may remain in the team's mailbox and the provider's operational records according to their services.
If delivery is not enabled or fails, a notice is displayed and the form does not claim your request has been received. Your fields remain available for a retry and you may choose WhatsApp instead. In that case, information is shared through WhatsApp only when you choose to open the application and send the message.
No clinical record system or patient CRM is connected to this form. Contact records are retained for the time needed to address the request and applicable obligations; you may request deletion where appropriate.
Providers and external services
Vercel hosts the website and Resend processes email delivery when the integration is active. Information necessary to operate these services may be processed on infrastructure outside Mexico. Authorized clinic personnel access requests to respond.
WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are external services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you choose to open their links. The Google map loads only after you select Load map. These actions do not authorize publication of your data or photographs.
The website does not sell contact information or transfer it for advertising through this form. A different use requiring consent must be explained and authorized separately.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, cancellation where applicable, or objection to processing. You may also request withdrawal of consent or limits on uses for which those limits are legally available.
